Get properties under contract!

If you don’t get properties under contract, you have no inventory and without inventory, making money wholesaling is impossible.

Hesitation leads to missed opportunities. Getting more properties under contract increases your chances of doing deals and there’s little to no downside to it.

When you’re generating leads and you find a property that could be a deal, even if the numbers feel tight, don’t skip it.

Go see it in person to check for deal killers like major structural issues or expensive repairs and if it’s close enough, get it under contract!

Contingencies let you back out later if need to, but getting it under contract gives you the opportunity to find a buyer. You never know what people are willing to pay, and if it works, you’ll be rewarded with a nice wholesale fee.
