1000 small wins
Real estate is competitive. Everybody likes the idea of owning real estate and being in the real estate business.
But very few are willing to do the nitty gritty that it actually takes to be successful at a high level.
Very few are willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to win.
Do things that others won’t to live the life others can’t!
But to stay in the game and make sure you don’t quit, you need to focus on small wins.
Small wins are what will keep your fire alive!
You should be mad that you’re not where you wanna be and things aren’t going as planned, but you need to celebrate your small wins and constantly be chasing the NEXT win.
Even if it’s celebrating something as small as making 50 calls or following up with 20 people in your pipeline.
Celebrate the fact that you did what you were supposed to do and count that as a win.
Your happiness should come from succeeding at your daily goals.
But just because you had a small win and celebrated that win does not mean you should stop!
You need to stay hungry and keep pushing things further even after succeeding in what you set out to do.
The fun of the game is constantly finding new mountains to climb each day. Each day you have different mountains you need to climb and getting to the top of the mountains are what will make you happy.
To achieve big goals, it’s going to take 1000 small wins first. It doesn’t just happen overnight.
Success at the highest levels takes YEARS of struggle.
It takes constantly networking and making new friends with high level people, and learning from all your wins and losses.
But there’s also smarter and faster ways to play this game and that includes getting around highly successful people and emulating everything they’re doing and getting feedback from them on everything you could be doing wrong and getting any questions you have answered in depth!
