Also, start making driving for dollars a part of your DAILY routine. You should be constantly adding distressed houses to your marketing list. That way you can find the hidden deals that others might not find online before your competitors!
If you can afford to invest in marketing, start sending out as much direct mail to your distressed marketing lists as you possibly can. You can also try putting out bandit signs in zip codes that you know have a lot of distressed houses.
Make sure your business's website is strong and professional and work hard to build it’s SEO overtime and consider investing in running traffic to it either through google ads or social media.
You should never be without work. There is always work to be done. DO NOT WASTE TIME.
