Effort is what gets results

You have to push harder than EVERYONE.

You have to put in the MOST EFFORT.

NO ONE can put in more effort than you.

We all get the same 24 hours and 365 days.

You can choose to sleep for 8 or 6 or 4 of those hours a day, but what’s most important is that you do what makes you the most efficient and competitive. 

If you sleep less but you’re not extremely effective and don’t put in as much effort as you possibly can during the hours that you’re awake then you lose to the person that sleeps in a little bit more and tries their best while they’re awake.

If you’re getting the extra sleep then you better make damn sure you’re bringing all the effort you can every second that you’re awake!

You have to make every minute count and make sure that you don’t let yourself just go through the motions. 

Constant effort in the right direction all day everyday is what will win you the war.

Compounding effort is what will finally start getting you results.

You have to wear your opponents down with your effort. Let them stress out and quit. You don’t quit! You don’t ever get worn down.

You will DIE before you quit.

If you’ve been in the real estate game for awhile and haven’t been getting the results you want, you have an EFFORT PROBLEM.

You haven’t been trying hard enough for long enough. Or you’re doing the wrong things which means you haven’t put in the effort to find the right people to help you and show you the way.

Getting help takes effort too!

Investing in yourself takes effort too. Instead of spending your money on entertainment or food or shit that does nothing to better your life, you should be investing every penny you can either in deals or in getting help to do MORE DEALS.

Your competition might not be willing to do that, which is exactly why you need to do it if you want to win.
