How you can do 30 grand deals on repeat even with bad/nonexistent credit?

You don’t need credit to start winning!
There are multiple ways to get into real estate right now, even if your credit score isn’t ideal.
In fact, the top investors often don’t rely on traditional financing. They leverage creative strategies to build their portfolios without ever stepping foot in a bank.
One way is through joint ventures. Partnering with others is one of the fastest ways to get started. If you find a great deal, you can team up with investors who have the money.
You bring the deal, they bring the money, and you split the profits. That way, you’re able to make money on deals without needing any credit at all.
Another way is through seller financing. Seller financing allows you to buy property directly from the seller without ever needing to go through a bank.
The seller acts as the lender, and you work out the terms. No credit check, no approval process, it’s just you and the seller agreeing on a price and payment structure.
A third way to go is doing lease options. You can control a property without owning it outright. What you do with this is secure a property under a lease with the option to buy later. This allows you to generate rental income and lock in future purchase prices, without needing a credit score today.
And one last option you can take advantage of is what’s called “Subject To”. This strategy allows you to take over the seller’s existing mortgage payments without having to qualify for a loan yourself.
You can own property without actually taking out a new mortgage. The seller’s loan stays in place, and you take control of the property and cash flow. Again, no credit required.
You also don’t need a ton of money upfront to start! You can use these investment strategies and jump into deals as soon as TODAY with little to no money down.
