We just rolled out with a new software recently call Discount Property Leads

DPL lets you pull lists for categories like Vacants, Preforclosures, Probates, Tired landlords, Out of state owners, Intrafamily transfers, etc. in your area with information on each of the properties and phone numbers listed on property records so you can get in touch with the owner.

Using DPL will help you become as efficient with your time and money as possible when marketing for deals.

Calling on and marketing to homeowners who don’t have any indicators of potential distress is not a smart way to run your business.

Make sure when you’re cold calling, door knocking, sending mail, etc. you’re marketing to people who are more likely to motivated - Death, divorce, disease, job loss/relocation, overleveraging, bad tenants, etc.
