Start everything before everyone else in life. Don’t be like the people around you. Winners start everything early. Your time is what’s most valuable.

The sooner you start, the sooner you fail, the sooner you learn, the sooner you make money!

Action and experience are always going to be greater teachers than any book, class, course, podcast, youtube video, etc. out there.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t occasionally supplement your action with high-level information, but you need to TAKE ACTION FIRST!

Go before you think you are ready.

And if you are consuming any information make sure that it only comes from the few ELITE winners out there that give their secrets to success away.

I would much rather put my money on someone who blindly takes action than someone who sits around for hours and hours everyday consuming. 

Don’t be a consumer, be a PRODUCER!

Real Estate is a game of production. You have to out produce your competition in order to make good money. 

The money goes into the hands of the select few that can out market their competition and everyone else eventually loses or barely maintains their businesses because they don’t have the stamina to just keep going no matter what.

The good news is if you keep fighting harder than everyone else your production will compound over time. You’ll get better at finding deals, faster at executing, smarter at negotiating and closing, and your network will continue to develop. You’ll also have more capital and resources to expend, and you can hire talented human capital to work towards your cause!
