You are who you surround yourself with

It might be hard to say no to people that you love, but you NEED TO.

The people that you’re close to can be the most dangerous thing in the world to your success, because they will take up all of your time if you let them.

You have to be very careful with who you spend time with and how much time you spend with them.

Winners surround themselves with winners. To become a winner you have to try your best and be around winners all the time.

Stay away from people that aren’t doing big things, who can’t teach you anything or help you as much as you possibly can.

Obviously we still have family/friend obligations, but outside the bare minimum of that to maintain your relationships, every other second should be spent working with winners.

You can’t allow people or distractions to ROB YOU OF YOUR TIME.

You have spend the few hours you have left in this life endlessly attacking opportunities.

You need to be TENACIOUS.

You can’t be the passive nice guy hoping for the best. It doesn’t work.

You have to do whatever it takes to win. Do 100x more than everyone else does. When everyone else takes a day off or a break, you keep going. When everyone else does a few deals and they want to celebrate, YOU KEEP GOING.

This is how you get ahead in life.

And success is compounding.

Everytime you break the pattern and flow state of WINNING ENERGY and SUCCESS, you set yourself back, because success is compounding.

And you’re either compounding wins or your compounding losses. Celebrating, stopping, taking breaks are all LOSSES.

You have to WIN!!!

You can’t stop!

Get around winners in real estate TODAY.

Networking hacks to win more deals
If you’re newer to wholesaling and you wanna be successful, you can’t be afraid to reach out to flippers and landlords. If you don’t know any yet, go to local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) meetings a couple times a month. Also reach out to people over facebook, cold call people that advertise themselves as cash buyers online, and make posts letting people know you’re looking for ...
Get properties under contract!
If you don’t get properties under contract, you have no inventory and without inventory, making money wholesaling is impossible. Hesitation leads to missed opportunities. Getting more properties under contract increases your chances of doing deals and there’s little to no downside to it. When you’re generating leads and you find a property that could be a deal, even if the numbers feel ti...
Quality lists matter
No matter what form of marketing activity you’re doing, whether you’re making calls, sending direct mail, email or sms blasting, door knocking, etc. It’s really important that you target prospects that show some sort of indicator of motivation. Why is this so important? Why can’t you just call on any random homeowner? Because it’s expensive and time consuming with a very low return on inv...
